If you unsure of which size to order you can use our printable size guide to take your finger and / or wrist measurements.
You can also refer to our ring size conversion chart so that you can convert the size metric you are familiar with, into our UK sizing.
For necklace sizing we would recommend cutting a piece of string to length to test where the necklace would sit on you.

Delivery + Returns
Production / Delivery
All octi creations are made to order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to be created and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
We offer tracked Express Worldwide shipping with DHL. Delivery times are calculated at the checkout and are dependent on your shipping destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of made-to-order we do not offer returns, unless the item is faulty. But we do understand that it can be tricky to get your ring size spot on, so we do offer exchanges on all of our rings. You can also use our size guide to measure any sizes, or purchase a ring sizer before ordering.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take pride in the quality of our jewellery and do everything we can to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including a description and photos of the issue. We will take a look and provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate

Packaging
Each order will come packaged in a bespoke folded bag. They are made from 100% Japanese cotton and handmade in London by friends of the brand.
The bag also comes inside a branded protective box.

Product Care
All of our jewellery is designed to be kept forever and worn by you, your friends & family, and generations to come. To ensure it’s durability we use only solid precious metals to create our pieces, meaning it can withstand the test of time.
Just like most other things in the world, your jewellery will need to be cared for correctly throughout its lifetime. To care for your piece there are different options, depending on the metal and the level of cleaning required.
Sterling silver can naturally oxidize over time causing it to discolor, this is normal and can be remedied by polishing the piece with a silver specific polishing cloth. Oxidization can be accelerated by some cleaning and cosmetic products, so we recommend removing your jewellery when using cleaning products or when showering.
Although your jewellery will not be damaged by cleaning or showering, textured parts of the jewellery may collect residue of the products over time which will make the jewellery appear unclean. To clean textured parts of your piece , place it in warm water with washing up liquid for 15 minutes and gently brush the affected areas with a very soft bristled brush (eg. a soft toothbrush).

We also offer a full cleaning service which will remove any discoloration, as well as any scratches or signs of wear. The piece would need to be returned to our London studio and the service would cost £50.
